Views of college-educated Democrats and Republicans on homosexuality
According to a Gallup poll based on telephone interviews conducted in March of each year between 2010-2015 on the views of college-educated Democrats and Republicans, 86% of college-educated Democrats and 59% of college-educated Republicans think homosexuality is morally acceptable (the poll was based on a random sample of 6,154 adults living in the US). If one assumes that the vast majority of the positions of power and authority in the US are held by college-educated people, one can see how skewed the landscape is in the US in favor of homosexuals and homosexuality. The homosexuals have the support of most politicians in both political parties. They have the support of most of the politicians in Congress. They have the support of most of the judges in our court system. They have the support of most of the reporters working for our news media. They have the support of most of the people in positions of power in business and private industry. They have the support of a large portion of the clergy in America. In political discussions Democrats and Republicans disagree sharply on many things but you never hear them arguing about homosexuality. They have strong differences of opinion on such topics as global warming, immigration, abortion, and the banning of firearms but you never hear them even discussing the topic of homosexuality. There is just no disagreement there.
From the above stated statistics one can see how very far America’s educated class has gotten from the Bible and its attitudes and outlooks. In the Bible homosexuality is sin of the very highest magnitude. America’s educated class has abandoned Biblical morality. It has abandoned the Bible. It has abandoned Christianity (true Christianity). It has abandoned the Truth. It has lost its moral foundation. It has degenerated into high depravity. It has come to look very much like ancient Sodom.
This survey on educated Americans reveals some of the dangers presented by schooling and education. I believe in education very strongly. However, man is a highly gullible, highly naive being whose mind is easily influenced and manipulated — and the Devil rules in this world. A person’s education may have the real effect of taking him down the path to an Eternal Hell. And if that is what he has gained from his education, he will one day find himself with an eternity to curse it.
1 Cor 3:18 Let no man deceive himself. If any man among you seemeth to be wise in this world, let him become a fool, that he may be wise. 19 For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness. 20 And again, The Lord knoweth the thoughts of the wise, that they are vain.
