Let your conduct always flow from a calm, quiet, humble mind
Let your conduct, your actions, your way of living always flow from a calm, quiet, humble mind; from simple reason and thought alone. Let not your conduct and actions flow from such things as pride, anger, hatred, malice, envy, jealousy, fear, lust, sexual interest, greed, etc. All of these things distort and pervert judgment. Ego, pride, anger, hatred, malice, envy, jealousy, fear, lust, sexual interest, greed are all sources of great foolishness in human conduct. Actions flowing from these things invariably bring bad to you. The good man, the wise man, the superior man is a person whose mind and heart is free of all of these. Rid your mind and heart of all of these. They will only do you bad.
Always do what is right. Have the courage to follow your conscience, mind and reason. Don’t allow fear, or other emotions, to influence you against the dictates of your mind.
