To achieve and maintain emotional and mental health a person must be equipped with the right outlooks toward life; the right attitudes toward society; the right way of responding to people, dealing with them, coping with them; the right spirit in which to take people and life. Where does one find these right attitudes, outlooks, etc.? They are most clearly explained in the Bible. No other book you can buy presents them so clearly and well. One only needs to read it seriously and seriously attempt to implement its teachings in his life. The Bible is our road map, our instruction manual, for living. It contains the right directions and instructions for living this life. Follow the map and you won't get lost. Don't follow it and you will. Nov 1977 More from SolitaryRoad.com:
