Example: lustful, lewd pictures, scenes or ideas brought repeatedly to one's attention, as on TV advertisements and shows. The continual repetition keeps these on top of one's mind and doesn't let you forget them. The best way is to keep these kinds of things away from your mind. They then tend to fade away from your thinking and awareness and your mind becomes cleaner and more wholesome. The secret is avoiding. Avoid sin. Stay away from it. Avoid obscenity and profanity.
