On Haste

   Hastily and well never meet.

Always in a hurry, always behind.

Hasty judjments are generally faulty ones.

Of hasty counsel take good heed, for haste is very rarely
   speed.

   Precipitate counsel --- perilous deeds.

Haste trips up its own heels.

Every one that is hasty hasteth only to want.

A hasty man is seldom out of trouble.

The plans of the diligent lead surely to plenty,
But those of everyone who is hasty, surely to poverty.

                                                 Prov 21:5

Wisely and slow; --- they stumble that run fast.

                                        Shakespeare

Take time for all things. Great haste makes great waste.

                                                   Franklin

Manners require time, and nothing is more vulgar than haste.

                                               Emerson

Hurry is only good for catching flies.
