Racism

Def. Racist. n. 1. A belief that people differ significantly and systematically, as in ability, intellect, etc., because of racial differences. 2. A belief in or advocacy of the superiority or inferiority of a particular group on the basis of supposed racial differences; racial prejudice.            Funk & Wagnalls Dictionary

In our modern politically correct Western world about the worst name you can call someone is “racist”. In a culture that is up to its ears in every type of sin that one can imagine (every kind you find spoken of in the Bible — high sexual immorality and depravity, lying, deceiving, cheating, stealing, greed, hatred, maliciousness, envy, jealousy, strife, violence, abusiveness, etc.) the only sin of the modern liberal seems to be “racism”. That and “hating”. If someone doesn’t accept homosexuality, for example, he is called a “hater”. (He is not really a hater, he doesn’t really hate, but that is the ugliest name they can think of.) Being a racist or hater seem to be the ultimate insults today. They are the ugliest names the liberal knows. He uses them on anyone who doesn’t agree with him, anyone he doesn’t like. Well, I submit that racism is not a sin at all. Having the belief that some race may be inferior in some way is not a sin. The belief may be correct or not correct but it is not a sin. Many Germans have believed that Germans are a superior race. I think many Japanese have believed that the Japanese are a superior race. The same may be true of the Chinese. It is likely that many peoples have regarded themselves as superior. Believing that your race is superior doesn’t make you a bad person. Being good or bad is all about honesty, integrity, morality, goodness. A person can be a model of honesty, integrity, morality, and goodness and still feel that he is of a superior race. That belief doesn’t make him bad. Furthermore he may have a lot of very good, rational reasons for believing his race is superior. The Germans as a race have a lot of very good character traits. They tend to be industrious, hard working, methodical, intelligent, well organized, and have made many important contributions to science. I can understand them thinking they are a superior race. I can say the same thing of the Japanese and the Chinese.

The Left — so arrogant, so sure of itself, and so determined to impose its ways on others. The Left, a sick, fanatical false cult. The modern western world created by the liberal Left with all of its political correctness. Crazy, Orwellian, Alice in Wonderland-ish. A new society where two plus two is five and all is upside down. What does one make of it? Total loss of common sense. Satan and his lies everywhere. Truth totally lost. Gross intellectual foolishness. What is going on? How do you explain it? What is the source of all of this foolishness? The source of it all is the elite universities of the western world. They are the fountainhead, the source emitting all of this inanity. And behind all of these ideas is envy, jealousy, anger, and hatred. Hatred of the rich, hatred of achievers, hatred of the white man, etc. Underneath it is Marxism. It all started with the atheistic social thought that began in France in the 1700's. Then came Marxism in the 1800's. And it has all evolved into what we have today — a world of Satanic lie, falsehood, and foolishness; an inverted, upside down world where Right is Wrong, Wrong is Right, and Truth is nowhere to be seen. A world where Truth is indeed banished as politically incorrect. And a world of anger, hatred, instigation, and violence. Behind it is the warped, depraved logic characteristic of fanatics. Because so many important well-known people in our world (politicians, Hollywood celebrities, sports stars, etc.) are of leftist outlook — and because the Left controls the most of the mass media, the megaphones of our society — and because the masses are so easily influenced — the Left has a tremendous power to shape belief, attitude, outlook, and value. It can say that two plus two is five, keep repeating that, and the masses will come to believe that two plus two is five. It can tell a lie, keep repeating that lie, and the masses will come to believe the lie. It is the same thing the Nazis did in Nazi Germany. It does work. It works because of the naivete of people. It works because it presents itself as modern, progressive, “up to date”, and it is so important to so many people to be modern, fashionable, and “up to date”. People are sheep and follow the crowd. Most people are not mind oriented; they are feeling and emotion oriented. Thus it is possible to indoctrinate an entire country.

The liberal Left has attempted to make slavery or the condoning of slavery the ultimate in sin. Well, the Bible does not condemn slavery. It tells slaves to obey their masters and tells masters to treat their slaves well. Owning a slave does not make a person a bad person. Dishonesty, sexual immorality, and many other things make for badness, but not owning slaves (or condoning slavery). Robert E. Lee and many other people on the Confederate side in the Civil War may have been very good people. To represent otherwise is highly dishonest. It seems to me that many of the positions of the Left are based more on political advantage than on logic. The positions seem calculated to gain favor with some political interest group such as the Blacks or the homosexuals. The Left today is pushing to have all the statues of people who owned slaves or condoned slavery taken down. That is wrong! Southerners have a right to their opinions and feelings. They have a right to celebrate their war heros. Owning slaves or condoning slavery is not reason to condemn a person. Most of our forefathers who signed the Declaration of Independence were slaveholders. That fact doesn’t make them bad. It doesn’t diminish those deeds for which they are honored.
